ALG's Leadership Development Workshop is a half-day training aimed at organisations that are looking to understand the patterns of leadership, engagement and the wider interests of multiple stakeholders.
Designed for leaders working with culturally diverse teams, this interactive workshop creates a space to share relevant stories of leadership, informed by African indigenous knowledge.
We use data-driven insights and the powerful tool of storytelling supported by smart technology to capture the values, beliefs, knowledge, experience, character and personality of each community.
The emerging insights can be leveraged to bridge the representation gap and drive business growth by building strategies that develop positive leadership traits and skills, while enabling new thinking for your organisation.
- Participating organisations will be invited to have Contributor status to ‘Stories of African Leadership’ Research project.
- 30% of your investment will fund African Leadership research across the UK & Africa.
